HOW:
Would you agree that the person who likes your property the most will pay the
most and the person who likes your property a little will offer little? Therefore,
the greater the number of buyers exposed to your property, the better the chance
you have in finding your best buyer ad getting the best price. Logical?
Example: If only 10 buyers are exposed to your property the changes are small that one will be your best buyer.
Remember: In today's market, 7 out of 10 people DO NOT qualify for a mortgage loan, even if they love your property. However, if we can expose your property to 20, 30, or more QUALIFIED buyers, our chances of are greatly increased in finding the best buyer and obtaining the best price for you.
